| Dried Rosemary Crushed | 0.5 parts |
Preparation
- Crush dried rosemary finely before mixing.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Apply generously to the tri-tip, massaging well.
- Rest at least 1h at room temperature, ideally 12-24h in the fridge.
Notes
Traditional California coastal BBQ rub. Simple like the Texas dalmatian but with garlic and a whisper of rosemary. Apply at least 1h ahead, ideally overnight.
