Preparation
- Mix salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- DO NOT apply in advance — salt draws moisture from ground meat and changes the texture.
- Season the burger JUST BEFORE it hits the grill.
- Press gently — less is more: let the meat and the char do the talking.
Notes
