Georgia Peach BBQ Sauce
Generalsweet peach, tangy, smoky undertone — Southern Summer on a plate

Ingredients & recipe
| Ketchup | 160 ml | |
| Peach Jam | 4 tbsp | |
| Apple Cider Vinegar | 45 ml | |
| Brown Sugar | 30 g | |
| Worcestershire Sauce | 1 tbsp | |
| Smoked Paprika | 1 tsp | |
| Garlic Powder | 1 tsp | |
| Cayenne | 0.25 tsp |
ml = milliliters / millilitri · tbsp = tablespoon / cucchiaio · g = grams / grammi · tsp = teaspoon / cucchiaino
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until the peach jam melts into the sauce.
- Simmer 15–20 minutes on low until slightly thickened.
- Cool before use. Keeps refrigerated up to 2 weeks.
Notes
Use good quality peach jam with high fruit content. During summer, substitute 200g of fresh peaches (pureed) for the jam and reduce the brown sugar by half.
