When to apply
last 10–15 min only, maximum 2 layers — burns very fast
Ingredients & recipe
| Honey | 4 tbsp | |
| Chipotle In Adobo | 2 tbsp | |
| Apple Cider Vinegar | 30 ml | |
| Garlic Powder | 0.5 tsp | |
| Smoked Paprika | 0.5 tsp |
tbsp = tablespoon / cucchiaio · ml = milliliters / millilitri · tsp = teaspoon / cucchiaino
Preparation
- Blend the chipotle in adobo until smooth (or mince finely).
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Stir until the honey loosens and ingredients combine, about 3–5 minutes.
- Cool slightly before use — it thickens as it cools.
Notes
Chipotle in adobo is smoky and hot — start with one tablespoon if you want less heat. The glaze caramelizes beautifully but burns instantly if applied too early.
