Dijon Mustard3 tbsp
Honey3 tbsp
Apple Cider Vinegar15 ml
Garlic Powder0.5 tsp
Cayenne0.25 tsp

Preparation

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Taste and adjust honey/mustard ratio to preference.
  3. Apply as glaze in the final 20 minutes of cook.
  4. Keeps refrigerated up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Use Dijon mustard, not yellow American mustard — the acidity and complexity make a significant difference. Whole-grain mustard works beautifully as a variation.
