Ingredients & recipe

Ketchup200 ml
Apple Cider Vinegar60 ml
Hot Sauce3 tsp
Ancho Chili Powder1 tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce2 tbsp
Garlic Powder1 tsp
Onion Powder1 tsp
Black Pepper1 tsp
Brown Sugar20 g

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir frequently until sugar dissolves.
  3. Simmer 15–20 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Cool before use. Keeps refrigerated up to 3 weeks.
